Elizabeth has worked within various HR disciplines including recruitment and compliance in the financial services and academia sectors. Starting in 2013 when she welcomed motherhood, she shifted to working independently as a recruiter, résumé writer, and career advisor. One of the most meaningful times in her career was during the global pandemic. During this time, she helped over 300 clients land jobs, provided career advice to employees who were displaced, and helped prepare individuals for virtual interviews. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University and a Master of Public Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Carnegie Mellon University, graduating with distinction. She earned professional credentials as a Certified Professional Résumé Writer from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches.

Lastly, because of her “passion for fashion” and aligned with her artistic side, she has had the pleasure of styling over 3,500 clients as a former Stitch Fix Personal Stylist and recognized several times as one of the company’s highest-rated stylists. She continues to assist women throughout all stages of their lives, now as a Park Lane Jewelry Stylist.
